Leki Spark trigger S poles

The Spark S from Leki is one fine ski pole that’s durable and looks great. It’s made from super-light, high strength aluminium that will stand the test of time and it has Leki’s Trigger Strap system which allows you to easily remove and attach the strap as you please.

Poles are too long for Australia post so we have to use a courier.

I am happy to cut down a longer pole to a size you require if it appears I don’t have the  size you are after, we do this regularly.

The 110cm and 135cm poles are not cut down, but other sizes are available if you like me to cut down a 135cm pole.

The Trigger S grip fits in the hand quite nicely and will stay in your hand, especially with gloves on. There is a race basket with a steel tip for effortless pole planting on ice and soft snow.

18mm Diameter: The diameter at the top of these poles is a beefy 18mm to give it greater strength. The pole tapers down to a smaller diameter toward the tip to save some weight.

Leki Trigger S Grip: More security, more comfort and a better power transmission have been enduring until today and still remain the unbeatable advantages of the former revolution. No more “troublesome stripping off the strap from the glove”, because the strap can easily be clicked in and out the grip with the touch of a button. In addition risk danger of being injured by “whirling” poles has been reduced significantly, because the strap releases upwards at high tension, such as occurring in a fall. The broad cut of the strap around the glove as well as the direct contact to the grip result in a perfect power transmission. A strap which is permanently connected to the pole is “out” just like the obsolete ski binding with binding straps.

Steel Pole Tips:Steel is strong and can take a beating overtime. That’s why steel makes sense for pole tips, it can pierce through the snow easily and will last through some heavy use.

Leki Race Baskets:Leki’s race baskets are a smaller sized basket (compared to a larger powder basket) that’s strong and durable enough for some heavy use and you can trust that they’ll grip on just about any snow surface: icy or soft.
